    Manx Sailing & Cruising Club are holding their Dinghy Regatta on Saturday 22 June, start time 10.30 and Sunday 23 June, start time 11.00. The weather forecast did not bode well for the 61st IOM Copiers Round The Island Yacht Race, run by the Manx Sailing & Cruising Club. UK weather websites were predicting gales for the race on Sunday, and given the forecasts some skippers decided not to sail.
